Three months after Scott's passing, we started a "$27 by the 27th" donation campaign in March 2012. We hoped to get a few hundred dollars into our Foundation account by celebrating his birthday among friends and family. We had a great success then, and today we have $27,000 in that account and have helped several Hawaii MM patients with travel for treatment. The way Scott lived continues to have a positive reach.
