Depression... It’s not always sunshine & rainbows esp. in these time. The pendulum swings farrrr. It’s still taboo to put a name to these feels, a shame surrounded the moments where my darkness finds comfort in these vacuums of uncertainty. I have had a hard time motivating. I have had a hard time reminding myself why I’m here. I have had a hard time making sense of this world.... And I am ashamed of that... That I’ve allowed myself to get so lost from what my heart of hearts knows is the truth. Having a hard time remembering what I’m living for. & it makes me disgusted with myself. Because I know, deeply, that I am so blessed & there is so much to be thankful for. So the vortex of self-condemnation & then guilt for it has been a wild ride these past few months. There’s no point to this story. Just a share I guess... Filled with judgement and self-doubt and damnification that I am putting voice to these feels publicly. Cuz who will trust me if I can’t trust myself/my path. I discredit myself by being human.
