We are so glad to help you conquer your turtle hurdle!! I have failed epically twice before to snorkel, but wanted to give it another shot. The crew was helpful in getting me set up. Things weren't going well & I was about ready to give up. One of the crew, Mark, came up beside me and talked me through several things. Amazingly it worked. He was patient, encouraging, and even had me take his arm so he could float me over to where the turtles were. The crew remained attentiv...e while also helping all guests. The turtles & fish were great. Not a ton of fish to see, but watching the fish clean the turtles backs was pretty cool. Lots of turtles & very fun. We then enjoyed a beautiful sail ride. The crew is amazing: Ryan, Austin, Kevin, and Mark. My gratitude especially to Mark for getting me over a hurdle to see the turtles. #mahaloforthelove
