Rainbow's End Snack Shop (Manoa Falls)

Aloha Friends and Manoa Falls Family! The rumors are true! The Manoa Falls Trail is going to reopen tomorrow, June 5, 2021 after almost two years of intermittent and full closure. We're back in action again and so excited to welcome everyone to our beloved rainforest! We anticipate large crowds tomorrow, so you might want to plan your visit accordingly. There is currently no charge to visit the trail and waterfall. However, the cost to park in the former Paradise Park lot...s is $7.00 per vehicle or $4.00 if you have a Hawaii ID or active military ID. The lot will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. seven days a week, including holidays. Unfortunately, we can't reopen the restrooms and Rainbow's End Snack Shop in our main building until COVID is under clear control as we have visitors from around the world and we just can't know who's been vaccinated or not. We just want to keep everyone as safe as possible. And just a reminder to wear hiking shoes. If you don't have mosquito repellent (yes, those visitors to Hawaii decided to stay), we have that available in our parking attendant's cart as well as rain ponchos, should the inevitable happen.
