PURE FOUNDATIONS! This week, Foundations is on Thursday at 9:45AM with LT! You can also catch one at 6:30PM on Monday, May 17 with Talaya! Remember, this is an in-studio only class and the Live Streamed class during that time is a pre-record. There are spots on the waitlist for this Saturday's class and more Foundations coming up weekly ... We highly recommend taking it so you can get a deeper dive into Pure Barre's technique. If you know of anyone who has been wanting to try out #PureBarre but isn't sure where to start, this is a great (FREE!) first class to take.
