Commit to yourself and sign up for a month. Make a decision that you will make all of the classes before you start your first class. If you do miss the live classes text me to send you the re...cording, and make the time to do the recordings. Think of working out as taking care of your body. Like brushing your teeth everyday. You wouldn’t go a day without taking care of your teeth. It’s only 3 days out of 7, or 1 hour out of 24. However you want to look at it to keep yourself motivated and accountable. Come out of Covid in better shape then when you entered. There is an option to just receive videos if timing doesn’t work.
