Aloha guests, as part of our ongoing commitment to the health and safety of our guests, hosts and the community, we want to ensure that you have the latest travel information regarding COVID-19. Effective through April 30, 2020, we have temporarily suspended operations at the OHANA Waikiki East by Outrigger. No reservations will be available during this time. If you had existing reservations during this time, you will be moved to a beachfront Outrigger property, which remain ...open. Additionally, it’s important to note that Hawaii Governor David Ige has ordered a stay-at-home or in your place of residence proclamation for all persons in the State, including all incoming visitors and returning residents, beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020 to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 on the islands. Any guest who arrives after this time and stays at one of our properties for less than 14 days will be required to remain in their room for the duration of their stay. If your planned vacation dates fall within this 14-day quarantine window, we recommend rescheduling your travel plans. Vacations are a precious time and we want to ensure that you have the ability to experience the beauty and culture of Hawaii in its fullest. Mahalo for your understanding and cooperation during this unprecedented time. We truly look forward to welcoming you to Hawaii in the future.
