This week’s Miro and Home meal is a tribute to @stlouishawaii’s own @tuamaann_ and a recent trip to Alabama by our very own Chefs @ckcuisine21 and @jp_eel and Bartender @meanshaka. Miro Spice Rubbed Baby Back Ribs with Guajillo Chili Vinegar, Corn Casserole, Orzo Mac & Cheese, Hirabara Braised Kale, and Cole Slaw. A two person meal (one full rack) for $50. Sanzoku Group's (which includes Miro Kaimuki) Corporate Chef Jason Peel donated 30 gourmet lunches recently for our staff. The ono lunches included Maui veniso...n lasagna, fresh bread with herb butter, and Italian chopped salad. The staff at Miro Kaimuki say this was their way of saying "thank you" to Hawaii's hard working and dedicated healthcare workers. We appreciate you!
