Ho'omaika'i 'ana! Tonight I had the joy of watching 24 Hawaiinuiakea Bachelor's and Master's students graduate. This is my favorite ceremony every year, each student shares from the heart their mahalos with their 'ohana and gives us a glimpse of what's next for them. Over the years I love seeing students double major in either Hawaiian Language or Hawaiian Studies and another discipline (Math, Science, Journalism, Teaching, etc) Tonight there was a triple major in Hawaiian Studies, Hawaiian Langauge, and Political Science.
