Feeling thankful for the opportunity to give back. Just like many businesses, our small alterations shop closed its doors to weather out the storm. Armed with our portable sewing machines, my mom and I have worked hard sewing fabric masks at home to share and donate to the community. Along with my sister and her husband, we've been able to distribute dozens of masks to families, and to individuals in need. We also volunteered our time to sew and found an organization, Aloha Mask," delivering sewing kits to homes of volunteers who have raised their hands to help make masks for healthcare providers. My mom and I are grateful to all of them and glad to help in our small capacity. We will continue to do so. We are all in this together Mahalo for your support!

Everything is handmade in Hawaii.... Just like many small businesses, we have temporarily closed our shop to follow the stay-at-home guidelines. With our limited resources, some proceeds from the sale of each mask will enable us to purchase extra fabrics and supplies so we can continue sewing masks to share and donate to the community. We will also continue to volunteer our time sewing for a local organization that delivers pre-cut fabric mask kits to help sew and assemble masks.
