Beautiful Edge of the World

Beautiful Edge of the World from above. Unfortunately it doesn't show the wonderful ocean view.

We'll be back to the "Edge" in just over two weeks after a great trip to the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia and Thailand. Meanwhile, Bill, John, and Patti, according to all reports, have been doing a splendid job keeping things running smoothly. Big mahalo.

Every June and July we go to Asia where my family and I work with disadvantaged children and visit relatives in Japan. Been doing this for the past 17 years and have found it to be an enormous source of enjoyment and satisfaction. During these summers we've been able to hire marvelous fill in's so that we can keep the Edge going strong year round. Thank you, Keith (from Florida) for your excellent hosting.

We'll be back to the Beautiful Edge of the World August 3rd-ready to pick coffee, make beds and breakfasts, and appreciate once again life in Kona.

I heard that Keith is doing a marvelous job running the Edge while we're away. Thank you, Keith. (We're back home in one week!)
