A bit of of distance to restaurants, but that was not a deterrent for us. Despite very warm days the unit stayed relatively cool day and night due to the trade winds and the angle of the doors and windows to capture the wind. Binoculars were a nice accessory and we used them often. Felt safe and secure at the facility. The kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely return to this unit again.
