Had the pleasure of meeting Yogi Gautam. He has two programs that I am doing with him for the past months and it’s been absolutely fantastic. First program is learning yogic breathing methods and the second program which coexists with the first is a Reiki master program that takes about one year to achieve. I honestly didn’t expect what I received. I’ve had about a 30% increase in my energy daily which is incredible. The program in my opinion cost very little and he does it... with Facebook. Basically you go on Messenger and he spends about an hour to an hour and a half a day with you teaching you the breathing techniques and Kriya Yoga For about 15 days to teach you the methods that you should continue for the next year. On top of that he adds a Reiki master program and checks in with you every 21 days after you are doing The breathing meditations until you have achieved the master Reiki program in about a year’s time.
