Sammya Silky Terrier was adopted recently at 10 years of age. We waited for a few weeks so he could adjust to his new home. He came in yesterday to have a d...ental evaluation and cleaning under general anesthesia. We cleaned his teeth and did full mouth radiographs along with 16 extractions due to severe periodontal disease. During the probing pus would ooze out from some areas. UPDATE: GORO HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS OWNER AND IS HOME SAFE! He was found in a backyard near the area he escaped from the backpack. His microchip was used to find his owner. Good news. Please be on the lookout for Goro. Our client was walking home with Goro in her backpack and a bus or motorcycle spooked him while she was on Beretania Street between McCully and Artesian street. He is cute but shy. Mahalo
