I know it can be slow going getting motivated after the holidays.... It’s not really important WHAT you do, but that you DO something to get your body moving everyday... They say Sitting is the new smoking... We know you can move faster than these guys... . What are steps you’ve made to get moving in the new year? Please share it below. It might help get someone else MOVING too. And... if you’re having trouble moving come see us to nip it in the bud before it gets to be a real problem! Happy New Year!

A bird of paradise alights only upon the hand that does not grasp ~ John Berry (Some sweet client brought this in for us today)- as for the quote... Remember not to ‘hold too tightly’ to what you ‘think’ you should be doing or where you are in your rehabilitation. Everyday is a bit different and life can change how things look and feel. Go with the flow and let that ‘grasp’ be a little looser to allow for change, growth and space. Happy Monday!
