HOLIDAY VACATION The clinic will be closed starting December 24th through Christmas and New Year's, and will be open again on January 4th, 2021. I encourage anyone with an urgent need to utilize urgent care or emergency room/911 when appropriate. Please do not leave urgent messages on our voicemail nor here in Facebook. Patient portal will still be checked on occasion, and a provider will be on call if needed (follow prompts on automated answering service). ... We have an opportunity to possibly host a COVID vaccination day next Monday, March 29th. The Health Department has a set number of Janssen Vaccines (the one-time vaccination) for administration. We would need a minimum of 20 people for them to come, so if you would be interested, please call the office at 808-939-8100 and get on the "list" with Denise! Thank you.
