In Hawaii we say A Huí hou! (Until we meet again!) So we can say that here also right? I got my fill of Bikram Yoga at BYFS (pure and true!!!) and fresh Portland water refil in my fancy new water bottle Thanks Danelle Denstone Eune Park Sean Lee Adam , and Lonnie for the amazing classes. I wish I could have taken everyone’s! We are truly so blessed to share this practice and commUNITY. Love you all!!! BYK peeps better clean up the Yoga Hale Mamas coming home!

Aloha love birds!! Happy Valentine’s Day to you all. I am doing a Special edition Zoom only music class tomorrow at 2:30 Kauai time. It’s my Love Music class we did last Friday night in the studio.
