New memberships must be present at either gyms for security purposes and information. Call 808-822-2021 Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm to make payments, buy a barcode day pass or schedule an appointment memberships.... CANCELLATIONS must be in writing - 30 days in advance. Cancellation forms are available to fill out at the gym. We also except a written notice with your signature stating your desire to cancel via mail. We do not accept phone, email or social media cancellation requests. This was all addressed in the initial sign up paperwork. Our policy has not changed.

Due to Governor IGE denial of Kaua'i mayor's Requests for post arrival testing. We're still not accepting visitors drop-ins, weekly and monthly passes. Residents only! We will support our Mayor and keep our members and ohana safe.Even though we do need the extra income from tourists. We're a Kaua'i family owned and operated business.
