Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Good morning, Father. Thank you for another day to walk in your love. Thank you for taking such a radical step in demonstrating your love toward us. May we demonstrate our love for you by embracing your grace and walking in obedience to your word. May we be sensitive to your leading today to be Salt and Light, sharing your love with others. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Luke 2:28-32 Then he took Him into his arms, and blessed God, and said, Now Lord, You are releasing Your bond-servant to depart in peace, According to Your word; For my eyes have seen Your salvation, Which You have prepared in the presence of all peoples, A Light of revelation to the Gentiles, And the glory of Your people Israel." Good morning, Father. Thank you for another day to see your salvation in our lives through Jesus' presence and work. We pray that we can walk in the revelation of His Light and bask in your glory. We pray that we can be your light to those around us and reveal your glory through our actions and attitudes. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Luke 9:23-24 And He was saying to them all, If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he is the one who will save it. Good morning, Father. Thank you for another day to follow you. We pray we can learn what it means to deny ourselves and take up our cross daily. Teach us what that looks like in our lives and may we have the courage to obey. Help us not miss your grace as you call us to dive in deeper with you. May we fight the temptation to save our lives, may we have the faith and trust to lose them for your sake. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Romans 13:8 Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. Good morning, Father. Thank you for another day to grow in your love. Teach us how to love in the ways you desire. Teach us how to love when we don't feel like it. Teach us to love by the power of your Spirit. Teach us to love, in Jesus' Name, amen.

Psalm 122:1 I rejoiced with those who said to me, Let us go to the house of the Lord. Good morning, Father. Thank you for another day to gather with our brothers and sisters to worship you and explore your word. We prepare our hearts to worship you in Spirit and in Truth. Help us to not worry about those around us and fix our eyes on Jesus. We purpose to exalt and praise you this morning. May we embrace the teaching of your word this morning and be attentive to what you spe...cifically have to speak to us. We don't just want to be hearers of the Word, we want to be doers of the Word. We pray that there would be a spirit of joy in our midst this morning. May we love you with reckless abandon - with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength - choosing to walk by faith and not by sight - having the courage to die to ourselves daily. May we love others as we want to be loved - walking in love, acceptance, and forgiveness - measuring people as we measure ourselves. May we make disciples - looking for divine appointments to be your ambassadors - sharing our lives with others so they can grow in you. We pray for all those serving this morning. Anoint them, encourage them, and fill them with your Joy. This is the day that you have made, we will rejoice and be glad in it! We pray for those that you will lead into our midst this morning who are not Jesus Followers yet. May they respond to your drawing and relinquish control of their lives to Christ. Thank you for giving us the power to overcome. I pray that today we will walk by faith and not by sight. Help us to walk in victory as we choose to live by faith. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

John 14:1-3 Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. Good morning, Father. Thank you for another day to believe in you. In times of trouble may we look to you for peace. Help us to keep the proper perspective on our journey on this earth. Help us to have an eternal perspective. Help us to see things in the context of your plan and purpose for our lives. May we move forward with confidence based on your faithfulness.
