This post is dedicated to my nephew, Brian Suite. He lost his battle to cancer on September 2, 2020 at the age of 28. Brian was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma shortly after losing his father to cancer in August of last year. Brian was an absolute warrior throughout his life. He was a standout 3-sport athlete at Punahou, winning state championships with baseball, football, and track & field. He went on to play football for Utah State and helped put them on the map. Following hi...s Utah State career he played 4 pre-season games with the Detroit Lions. Along the way, Brian encountered injuries like many athletes do. Dr. Kan fixed his shoulder and with the help of PRO and JACO Rehab, got him back on his feet to continue playing the sport he loved. Brian accomplished so many things throughout his 28 years, and he did so with compassion, respect, and humility. He never complained and he never gave up the fight.
