And with IWD it is always a team effort to ensure that each of our clients gets the very best experience we can provide while they're doing something (a home improvement project) that they might have no experience with. Short and Sweet! This is one of those cases that proves that if you take care of your clients from the beginning of the process, that even if everything doesn't go right during the journey they will appreciate and reward your efforts. Totally unexpected review, but very much appreciated!
