Absolutely... death-transition has been the reclaiming of me... you change. Time reveals even more... You lose a part of you each time.. you also dive deeper and learn the deepest parts of your disconnection.. your needs.. I can honestly say I can love me in my unloveable states more now than ever. I can say I can stand in my authenticity and honor my emotional waves with presence. I can allow my breakdowns as I can allow my breakthroughs. Death has been an alchemical process... of untethering myself .. shedding and releasing and losing and finding.. I can honestly say I have lived a full life and my only request is that I can experience equal met love in this life and watch my son grow to be the loving healthy human he is... my heart feels so ready to build with a loving, caring and considerate man.
