Another month, another new record in median price for Single Family Homes! . SFH sales are up 19% compared to March of 2020, along with a new record price of $950,000, which is a 17.3% increase since last year. Lack of inventory and still-low interest rates have driven Days on Market down to 9 days, along with 50% of sales going for above list price. The luxury market has seen significant activity, with a 113% increase in sales over $1.5M. . On the condo side, sales are up ...52.7%, and the median price is up 3.7% to $451,000. Days on market are down to 14 days. Some of the demand for SFH's have spilled over into the condo market, leading to 29% of sales going for above asking price. .
