May Day is my personal favorite holiday. Usually I'm on Oahu for the Honolulu Lei Day Celebration, but due to the pandemic they did not hold it again this year. Instead they are encouraging everyone to make their own lei and display them outside their house on the mail box or where they can be seen to honor our first responders and essential workers.
