COVID-19 SPECIAL ENDS 12/31/2020

Customer complaint was sputtering and check engine light illuminated. Vehicle was purchased several weeks prior from an individual seller. We removed ignition coils to find oil in the spark plug tube, as well as, globs of silicone in the spark plug tubes. Removed the valve cover and intake manifold to find more silicone, everywhere. Definitely, not the right way to fix the problem. Might we say, the customer wasn't very happy when finding out the vehicle had tons of other problems.
