*update* happy new year everyone!! I apologize for not updating sooner and appreciate all the messages and support we have received over the weeks. So let’s update what is happening. GOOD NEWS. The final piece we need to install comes in today. Actually out for delivery as I write this! So as soon as installation starts within the next couple days I will be able to start a countdown. If all goes well we should be open in days not weeks. Thank you everyone!! See you all soon!

Some of you may remember that we will be opening a cafe to serve a fuller sit down experience with thin round from my native land (NYC) style pizza and some actual entrees and pastas. That is still happening and very soon actually. We will be testing and working recipes this week. Once it is open we will also be offering, on the weekends, to start Garibaldi’s style Sicilian pies. We just aren’t sure when the OG shop will be able to re-open. Which is why we have posted an update for awhile. So for me he time being this will be updates for the cafe opening. *this shot: new oven in place. *
