Beaches are closed in Hawai'i. What else can I do in order to get some rays and exercise? Stick my head out of the window of my house, walk my dog, or start exploring different hikes on this island. One hike I still haven't tried is Lanikai Pillboxes. I'm planning or thinking of going sometime this month.... What's one activity you are wanting to try out this quarantine?

Imagine... You wake up one morning... No alarms and feeling refreshed, ready to take on the day.... Walking into the kitchen, you smell that nutty, chocolate aroma of freshly brewed coffee ready. Overthinking. It’s something we all struggle with. And anyone that knows me knows I do this waaay too often. It’s not even about Am I pretty enough or Am I skinny enough. I mean, I do think about those as well don’t get me wrong. There’s just other adult things to worry about. Being an adult sucks and we all just say fake it till you make it. Will there ever be a time that we’ll actually know what we’re doing in life?... Honestly, I’m still struggling with this concept. In the past year I’ve been studying a whole bunch of different things. Trust me, I hated the idea of studying and doing more work after I got a degree. Yet here I am still studying and learning different skill sets. *10 years later....* okay I’m exaggerating The thing is, even though I’ve been learning all these different skills I still don’t feel like I know anything or feel anymore confident in myself that I’d be able to go get that job. Crazy right? How could I be learning and still not be confident in myself to go get a job I really wanted? So the point I’m trying to make is that we are overthinking and over analyzing how confident we are in all our skills. You all have the potential to do what you set your heart to. You just have to be willing to put yourself out there and know that you will do an amazing job! I found an amazing community that has helped me do this. It’s amazing what these groups can do. We’re all still learning and understanding together so you never feel alone. Whenever you’re stuck, just ask questions and you’ll be sure to find an answer.
