We have a new living room sofa and loveseat at the house! What do you think? It was time, and a nice update. A little less exciting, but just as important: a new washer and dryer are being delivered on Friday! Doing what we can to keep our place perfectly rental ready, clean and enjoyable for our lovely guests!

The new washer and dryer are in! Larger capacity and better efficiency. Our guests can now have fun washing clothes and towels on vacation!

It seems I haven’t explored every inch of our lanai at Mauna Lani Fairways 1304! Tonight I noticed something that I did not see in the past. When walking over to the end of our upstairs master bedroom lanai to try to get a good view of the sunset, I see ocean! Oh my goodness! I did not know we had even a partial oceanview, but there it is. And it’s so beautiful with the horizon and everything. I am so excited I can hardly stand it! A mountain view and an ocean view from the same lanai? I’m in heaven at this moment.
