Dirty Quinoa with Dill Weed Garbanzo Beans 1 cup of Quinoa 1 and 3/4 cup of water 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes... 2 Tablespoons Virgin Coconut oil 2 Tablespoons of Mrs. Dash 2 Tablespoons Cumin 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon Pepper A few Key Limes Under high heat dry Roast Quinoa in Pot until brown. Add Coconut oil and all the spices, then saute a few minutes until aromas are released... stirring occasionally. Add water and tomatoes and bring to a boil, then lower to simmer ... stir ... cover pot ... cook for 20 minutes. Remove pot from heat and fluff quinoa with fork, be sure to let quinoa sit for 5 minutes before eating. Serve with Key Lime wedges Dill Garbanzo Beans 2 15 ounce cans of Garbanzo Beans 1 Small Onion Diced 9 cloves Garlic peeled and diced 2 Peeled Carrots Sliced 2 tablespoons of Dry Dill Weed 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Heat Coconut oil and all the spices in a pot and saute for a few minutes until aromas are released ... add onions, garlic and saute a few minutes more ... stirring occasionally. Strain the liquid out of the Garbanzo Beans cans and add to pot ... add carrots ... then add enough water to cover beans. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir, let Garbanzo Beans sit for at least 5 minutes in pot before eating. Tahini Infused Sauerkraut 4 Tablespoons of Sauerkraut 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tablespoons of Shoyu Soy Sauce 1/4 Cup of Water 3 Tablespoons of Tahini 2 Tablespoons of Black Roasted Sesame Seeds In a bowl mix Apple Cider Vinegar, Shoyu Soy Sauce, Tahini and Water ... then mix in Sauerkraut. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to eat. Serve 2 Tablespoons of Tahini Infused Sauerkraut in a small bowl and sprinkle with Black Roasted Sesame Seeds. Enjoy!!

REVITALIZE, RELAX AND REJUVENATE Detoxifying Ginger Tea Foot Soak 1. In a large pot boil 1 cup of washed & freshly sliced ginger, in about 9 cups of water for 20 minutes, remove ginger (and store the ginger in a sealed jar or zip lock bag in the refrigerator for future use). ... 2. Fill a rectangular storage basin with very warm water to cover your feet and a cup of vinegar (antifungal). Add about 5 cups of the hot ginger tea to the basin and stir (cover the pot with the ginger tea to keep it hot). Slowly start soaking your feet in the basin. 3.Drape your knees with a large towel and extend it over the basin (put the basins lid perpendicular to keep the heat in. Soak for about 20 minutes or so then add a few more cups of the hot tea and soak for another 15-20 minutes. This would be a great time to use a pumice stone with a handle and file away the callous / dead skin build up on the bottom and sides of feet. Let feet air dry naturally. Do this before going to bed to have a great night sleep !! CAUTION NOTE: Ginger Tea Foot Soak is not recommended for those with cancer or high blood pressure. Diabetics be careful and remember feet are more sensitive to heat then the hands
