Aloha friends. I’ve missed you. After a few days waking up completely unsure what day or the week it is, I’ve decided to start teaching a live class at the same time as my normal studio class every Saturday at 8am Hawaii time. From your feedback it seems there’s about a 50/50 split. Some people want zoom and some people want Instagram live. So I’ve decided to try to do both this week and see how it goes. I’d be honored for you to join me via zoom or instagram live for a yoga... sculpt and mindful movement practice to start your weekend off on the right foot. I’ll be posting the zoom link soon so stay tuned. These live classes will be offered on a donation basis. Please feel free to donate as little or as much as you can via Venmo @catherine-Kessler. Anyone else got the wiggles? Well I sure do. What helps you calm down? For me, when I can actually get myself to focus on my yoga mat I feel better.
