We represent well-known, high-end brand names and are hiring for professional and capable team members in our stores. If you love fashion, hats and styling customers, this gig is for you! Our customers are the best and we are lo...oking for the best to be their guide for fashion! See below for details on our amazing compensation package: 1) Guaranteed $18/hour minimum. Your pay will never be lower than this, even for those new to sales. Pay is a combination of base salary and commission. Depending on your experience (and drive) you could be making $25+/hour as a minimum 2) We provide yearly bonuses on store/operating performance for eligible full-time employees (this can add $2,000-$4,000 per year - paid out as one lump sum bonus annually) 3) Full time employees are eligible for Full Health/Vision/Dental Coverage with Kaiser Permanente after their probationary period 4) 401(k) with Company Match for Eligible Employees 5) $500 Signing bonus to be paid with a position commitment 6) Generous Employee Discount on any product in our stores 7) Future growth opportunities available with regular performance reviews. Candidates must be: - Natural communicators - not shy - Great with customers - Ideally have previous Retail Sales or Equivalent Experience for higher base pays.
