We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19 To our client ‘Ohana, ... I hope this message finds you all well as we enter into a time of isolation and continued hope in remaining safe. Upon the COVID-19 order confirmed today, by the State of Hawaii for all residents to shelter-in-place and for non-essential businesses to cease operations until further notice, it is with heavy hearts and the safety of our community that 101 Salon and Spa will close its doors in alignment with this order. It is our hope that we will be up and running once it is safe for us all to return to our lives again. Until that time, please feel free to inquire about future appointments with us or any questions or concerns by contacting us or your stylist directly. While we all may continue to take the safest possible precautions for our community in assisting to flatten the curve, we do not intend to let social distancing prohibit us from strengthening the bonds and relationships we share with you all. Each of you have been incredible to our business for so long and weathered many storms with us, and as we take the virtual hand of our community members in championing this virus, our hearts and prayers for safety are with each of you! Our latest news Aloha to our valued 101 Salon & Spa family, The safety, health and overall well-being of our clientele, our stylists and our community-at-large have always been essential priorities to us at 101 Salon & Spa. The safety of everyone is our utmost concern in the evolving COVID-19 Coronavirus situation sweeping across the globe and our island communities. We would like to confirm that we are continuing services as scheduled, will be accepting new appointments and... are open for general services while we adopt new safety measures to ensure the continued safety of everyone. As Hair and Beauty providers, we have consistently taken the necessary precautions strictly implemented to ensure the safest possible environment for all. Disinfecting salon styling equipment, individual chairs, surrounding surfaces, and ensuring each stylist is taking individual due diligence in their surrounding areas to ensure synchronized overall safety is followed have always been our best practice. By closely following the progression of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have decided to ensure additional methods are adopted to ensure even stricter scrutiny is in practice to continue to be safe for everyone. We kindly ask the following measures are respectfully observed in accordance with safety recommendations provided through the Center for Disease Control (the CDC), our local State Government here in Hawaii and through the State Board of Cosmetology. Clients are asked to wash their hands upon arrival for their scheduled appointments, and hand sanitizer in addition to soap and water are readily available. We ask that clients attend appointments individually and alone unless they are a parent with a child as we limit the salon population as best as possible. In the event that a client is remotely sick or have traveled within the last 14 calendar days (two weeks) we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date and confirm your stylist. We would like to kindly reaffirm that your continued assistance, support and overall aloha throughout this sensitive time in our community is overwhelming appreciated. We ask that should you have any questions or concerns to please not hesitate to contact us at 101 Salon & Spa or your stylist directly. We understand that a visit with us is hoped to be an inviting experience where you should feel comfortable and we are ensuring that in every possible way we can.
